Next to the mural I had my little gallery tent with some of my work hanging up. I enjoy talking to people about my creation process and sharing with them the stories behind each piece.
So even though it was HOOOT out side Yesterday and a long day of loading and unloading, I had a good time. It was nice to see the other artists out there showing their craft to the world. There is a kind of kindred spirit vibe among the vendors. I am so proud of my friend Deb Hastert for getting out there with her photos!
Today, well today is the vulnerability hangover day for us artists! This is the day to clean up and un-pack what didn't sell. It is a day of questions like why am I doing this? Was it worth it? What do I do next with my art? Am I making a difference?
I am glad I had a chance to put myself out there and share what God has given me to do. I hope my work and my efforts will challenge people to think and feel something good that leads them to peace with their creator.
Thanks for joining my journey!
